Asian massage (2).jpg
Swedish

Swedish massage is the most popular type of massage in the United States. It involves the use of hands, forearms or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve mental and physical health. Active or passive movement of the joints may also be part of the massage. The benefits of Swedish massage include increased blood circulation, mental and physical relaxation , decreased stress and muscle tension, and improved range of motion.

Hot Stone Massage

This treatment helps relieve tension, eases muscle stiffness, and increases circulation. How? Hot stone therapy promotes healing by targeting the deeper layers of muscle through the use of heated stones. Combined with regular massage, this treatment delivers a wealth of benefits. Warm and soothe your body with this specialized, unique massage. Whether you’re looking to help ease chronic muscle tension or just completely relax, hot stone massage is for you.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve pain and muscle tension throughout the body. This type of massage is extremely beneficial because it reaches the deepest layer of muscles, fascia (connective tissue surrounding the joints) and tendons. The goal in deep tissue massage is to breakdown adhesions (tense areas within the muscle). Adhesions in the muscle are very important to address because they cause pain, inflammation and limit motion of the muscles and joints.

Chinese Tuina

Chinese Tuina is a form of Chinese manipulative therapy often used in conjunction with acupuncture, moxibustion, fire cupping, Chinese herbalism, t'ai chi, and qigong.[2] Tui na is a hands-on body treatment that uses Chinese taoist principles in an effort to bring the eight principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into balance. The practitioner may brush, knead, roll, press, and rub the areas between each of the joints, known as the eight gates, to attempt to open the body's defensive chi and get the energy moving in the meridians and the muscles.

Foot Massage

Foot massage has been practiced in many cultures for centuries to promote health and well-being. Today, massage is considered a complementary and alternative medicine used by millions to relieve pain, reduce stress and anxiety, rehabilitate injuries and boost general health. The practice of foot reflexology massage involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet in order to affect various parts of the body.

Chair-massage.jpg
Chair Massage

Chair massage is a style of seated massage that is typically short—10 or 40 minutes—and focuses on your back, shoulders and neck and arms. For chair massage, you are seated in a special chair with your face resting in a cradle, looking down towards the floor, with supports for your arms. Your back and neck completely relax while the therapist relieves muscle tension using Swedish massage moves like kneading and compression and tapotement.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu massage involves using the fingers, palms, elbows and feet to manipulate the body at specific points along the body's meridians, depending on the patient's specific condition. Your practitioner may also use gentle tapping, kneading or stretching techniques to alleviate your pain during a Shiatsu session.

Foot Scrub

When it comes to beauty regimens, feet are often overlooked. Using a foot scrub at least twice a week helps to soften the skin and smooth away any calluses on your feet. Calluses can arise from wearing high heels, being on your feet for long periods of time, daily athletic activities, and more. But if they’re not cared for properly, these common foot blemishes can become extremely tough and even cause you pain. By scrubbing your feet regularly, you can keep those calluses from growing, and keep your feet soft and smooth.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Fantastic and staff. Very relaxing atmosphere and pleasant employees. I generally cannot get foot reflexology because I am so ticklish and they understood this and managed to to give me an amazing foot reflexology. I have not felt this relaxed in a long time.
Will definitely be coming here again.
